Terrible online shopping experience and non-existent customer support in Tezenis Spain! I’ve placed an order (took a while, as the website was not functioning properly) on January 8th and it was cancelled by Tezenis. The gift card I was paying with had been charged. It took Tezenis more than a week to issue a new gift card! And guess what? New order has been canceled as well, no refund is still processed and customer support simply stopped answering. What a terrible customer experience! Never again!!!
