They send me after I contact them via chatbot (which lose comunnication after you go to another subpage on their website). I have to contact UPS by phone and order pickup of package (I got this info again via chatbot because they do not provide this info in FAQ or something similar). Also 20% of all information what I got on their website are info from they shi**y frontend like "%data.price.low".
