At the time of writing this, I have been waiting 12 days without my order being dispatched (after paying specifically for delivery in 3-4 days). I have asked multiple times on their chat about the issue and been told that they'll get back to me. They never do. No emails. No solutions. They just keep saying "your complaint has been received". Awful service. You can see in the other reviews that this is not a rare occasion. J'ai posé plusieurs fois la question sur leur chat et on m'a dit qu'on me rappellerait. Ils ne le font jamais. Pas d'emails. Aucune solution. Ils continuent à dire "votre plainte a été reçue". Un service épouvantable. Vous pouvez voir dans les autres commentaires que ce n'est pas une occasion rare.
