The customer service is making me very angry by closing my calls within a few days. Not doing anything with my feedback! update July 27th: Tezenis reaction below this review is just an empty gesture. Not offering any real solution.update August 24th: After providing photos of the defective tshirts, the receipt of the order and payment it is still very difficult to accept responsibility. No offer at all. No response. update: August 27th: Tezenis keeps closing the call. In their mind an issue does not exist when it is not in their system. Dream out loud Tezenis! I will echo this call everywhere if that is what it takes. This company is receiving many negative reviews (83% of the reviewers is negative about Tezenis), and for a good reason.
