I placed a preorder back in June 2025 for a release in October 2025. Initially, I received a notice about a delay, stating I should wait for the second distribution wave, but no specific date was provided. I waited patiently, but after some time, communication ceased. I had to send multiple emails every few weeks for updates, often receiving no response and needing to follow up for replies. They kept saying they were waiting for the second wave without giving a timeline, which felt strange. I've learned that this wave has either happened or is close to completion in other areas, so I reached out again for a date, but was ignored. I'm still hopeful for my orders to be fulfilled, as a refund after this long wait would be very disappointing. If my orders do arrive, I will update my review.
