I initially received a notice about a delivery delay, stating I should wait for the second distribution wave, but no specific date was provided. I waited patiently, but after some time, communication stopped. I found myself sending emails every few weeks for updates, often receiving no response and needing to follow up for replies. They kept saying they were waiting for the second wave without giving a timeline, which felt odd. I became aware that the second wave had either already occurred or was nearing completion in other areas, so I reached out again for a timeline, but was ignored. I genuinely hope my orders will be fulfilled because receiving a refund after such a long wait would be very disappointing. If my orders do arrive, I will consider updating my review.

I ordered a Gundam Kit from the service. Their website is decent, and they had the best price for this kit. However, they only offer insured shipping, which is more expensive, and regular shipping isn't an option, making it feel forced. My item shipped the day after ordering and arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the kit wasn't factory sealed, which made me suspicious, even though it was complete and in good condition. Overall, the experience was okay, but I can't fully recommend them for the reasons mentioned.
