I preordered two items in 2025; I canceled the first one after two months. The second order has been pending since September 2025 (now five months later, and it's 2026) with no updates other than 'waiting for a second distribution wave.' It's frustrating to see so many preorders taken without the capacity to fulfill them. At least I could cancel my order, so it's not a scam, but the experience has been quite disappointing.
