I preordered a collector booster box months ago. After the product's release, I inquired about it, only to be told to wait until July. When I checked back in July, I was informed that their distributor never provided any boxes in June. Prices then inflated massively, leaving me unable to find them elsewhere. Very disappointing business practices; I won't order from this store again.
