I placed a preorder back in June 2025 for an October 2025 release. I initially received a notice about a delivery delay, stating I should wait for the second distribution wave, but no specific date was provided. I waited patiently, but after some time, communication stopped. I found myself sending emails every few weeks for updates, often receiving no response and needing to follow up for replies. They kept saying they were waiting for the second wave without giving a timeline, which felt odd. I became aware that the second wave had either already occurred or was nearing completion in other areas, so I reached out again for a timeline, but was ignored. I genuinely hope my orders will be fulfilled because receiving a refund after such a long wait would be very disappointing. If my orders do arrive, I will consider updating my review.
