I was at the station waiting to travel to Cardiff. The first train was cancelled, and the second was so overcrowded that I couldn't board. The third train was just as bad. I eventually gave up and got a ride to Cardiff by car. The situation was similarly chaotic when trying to return. At the central station, I received conflicting information from three different staff members regarding which platform to use. I ended up on the wrong train that didn’t stop at my intended station. The overcrowding was so severe it felt inhumane. I had to take a taxi back from a nearby town. It's hard to believe this service could be any worse.

Mae Trafnidiaeth Cymru yn newid y ffordd y mae Cymru'n teithio, gan olygu mai trafnidiaeth gynaliadwy fydd y dewis cyntaf. Rydym yn adeiladu rhwydwaith trafnidiaeth amlfoddol integredig o'r enw'r Rhwydwaith T, a fydd yn ei gwneud hi'n haws i bobl deithio ar y trên, ar y bws, ar droed, ar olwynion ac ar feic.
