The Transport for Wales service between Swansea and Milford Havennis absolutely diabolical. It seems to me that since Transpirt for Wales took over this company it is the norm for trains to be cancelled/ delayed on this route not the exception.
The latest excuse for a delay of over an hour at Carmarthen waiting to travel back to Haverfordwest because they say the train driver didn’t turn up. They made us wait outside for over an hour with an empty train parked up. Also from Carmarthen to Milford Haven there is no food buffet and nothing at all at the station. Not even access to any water. I finally arrived back in Johnston 1 hour and 15 minutes late than I should have been extremely dehydrated. For the prices they charge this is unacceptable
