I placed a click and collect order online a week ago and received an initial confirmation, anticipating pickup from my local store within a few days as promised. However, there was no further communication from the company. A week later, I went to the store and found my order ready for collection, but still no emails confirming the pickup. I had intended to gift this over the weekend during a visit to the recipient, but that opportunity was missed. Overall, very poor customer service. I won't be using this service again.
