The service advertised items that were not actually available. After placing my order, it indicated a delivery timeframe of 2 to 4 working days. A week later, I received no updates. When I contacted the support team, I learned that the item was out of stock and would not ship for 2-3 weeks. This information was not provided during the ordering process or communicated afterward. Had I not reached out, I would have been waiting for a Christmas gift until the second week of the new year. This left me with no time to find a replacement. Given this poor service, I doubt they will last long.

The staff are unhelpful and consistently late. I frequently buy magazines on Mondays, but I was told they couldn't sell until the next day. It's a joke; once I was left waiting outside for 50 minutes. Despite the name change, nothing else has improved. You will need a miracle with this store.

AVOID ORDERING ONLINE! I used to like the service, but it's become terrible. I ordered online and was told returns could be made in-store. However, when I took my order with the receipt to the store, they insisted on an email showing the price, which I didn't have. Even though they had the order number and receipt, they couldn’t look up the order or price. I was told I could return the item by post at my expense. Why would I do that when the website states I could return it in-store? I couldn't get a refund either. DISGRACEFUL service! Even the staff member agreed with my frustrations.
I purchased three boxes of Christmas cards, addressed some envelopes, and when I tried to seal the cards, the glue was either dried out or outdated. I returned to the store, but they wouldn't refund me since I had written on some envelopes. I faced resistance, including comments about not licking envelopes since Covid. They gave me a used tube of glue. I cannot recommend buying cards from this service; it clearly has old stock.
I made a purchase at this store yesterday. The presentation of the goods was poor, and the checkout was unattended. When a staff member finally arrived, they were rude and unprofessional. I won’t be returning and doubt the store will last long.
I went to the post office counter, but they couldn't accept my Amazon parcel due to lack of signal and WiFi. What kind of business fails because of simple issues like this? The management is pathetic, and the staff seemed indifferent as it meant less work for them.
