AVOID ORDERING ONLINE! I used to like the service, but it's become terrible. I ordered online and was told returns could be made in-store. However, when I took my order with the receipt to the store, they insisted on an email showing the price, which I didn't have. Even though they had the order number and receipt, they couldn’t look up the order or price. I was told I could return the item by post at my expense. Why would I do that when the website states I could return it in-store? I couldn't get a refund either. DISGRACEFUL service! Even the staff member agreed with my frustrations.
