I placed a click and collect order online a week ago and received confirmation, expecting to pick it up from my local store in a couple of days. However, there was no further communication from the company. When I visited the store a week later, my order was ready for collection, but I still received no emails confirming it. I had intended to gift this during a visit over the weekend, but that opportunity was missed. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I won't be using this service again.
