The service advertised items that were not actually available. After placing my order, it indicated a delivery timeframe of 2 to 4 working days. A week later, I received no updates. When I contacted the support team, I learned that the item was out of stock and would not ship for 2-3 weeks. This information was not provided during the ordering process or communicated afterward. Had I not reached out, I would have been waiting for a Christmas gift until the second week of the new year. This left me with no time to find a replacement. Given this poor service, I doubt they will last long.
