This is hands-down the worst customer experience I’ve ever had.I’ve fired them and I’m ditching Progressive too—the company they pushed on me—because they’re trying to stick me with a used window for my brand-new Corvette.The agency also failed to honor my policy change when I added my new car for the exact same coverage as the one I removed. Instead, they claimed they had to “investigate” my phone call, saying it would take 24–48 hours. Now they say it won’t be resolved until next week, leaving me with one car I can’t even use because my husband needs it.They’re untrustworthy liars who clearly don’t care about their customers. I’ve felt nothing but frustration and stress since the moment I called them. Stay far, far away from this agency.
