To note, I was referred by a friend to use TGS. The call-taker was very professional and helpful. The reason I give your service only 3 stars, is the service charge of $190.00 in order to use your services. That was very disappointing. I have never had a broker charge me. I assume your business would make commissions from the insurances companies you refer. I was only told about the charge, after my call-taker located an acceptable insurance carrier for me. I almost hung up, when I was informed of this charge, when read from scripted service announcement. Other that that, all else was great.
