They advertised "Heavy Duty Galvanised Elevated Bolt Down Pergola Post Support | Post Ground Anchor | Post Shoe - one set of decking fixings" with pictures and measurements of the post supports. What they are actually selling is ONLY the fixing screws. They do not respond to email at all. I had to ago through Paypal to get my money back. Nobody pays over £41 for screws! They only issued a full refund once I issued a claim, Paypal found in my favour and issued the refund for them. The company did not respond to emails.
