I Ordered,
3" High Impact Clear Sunruf® PVC Corrugated Roofing (5ft)
and some other fittings.
( Noted on website using a laptop or computer.-Standard UK Delivery: 4 to 7 working days
Standard delivery is £25.00 )
However I ordered via a mobile phone, which does not give a time.
So after a few days, contacted via email to get tracking number etc.
Reply-
That the ordered was running to schedule, stating up to 7 days. Abruptly
After the sixth day, contacted again and no reply.
But by magic the order would be delivered tomorrow.
I feel if I had not asked to cancel the order if not delivered next day. It may not have arrived.
I googled the address and a very small unit, not as grand as the website, with potential not to hold sufficient stock or man power to deliver as promised.
I feel let down by the bad customer service, also flimsy way it was delivered with tape around edges.
Some of the screws were not straight and a chip in one piece of the roofing.
Thus no point complaining as could and would not want to deal with a company run poorly at best.

They advertised "Heavy Duty Galvanised Elevated Bolt Down Pergola Post Support | Post Ground Anchor | Post Shoe - one set of decking fixings" with pictures and measurements of the post supports.
What they are actually selling is ONLY the fixing screws. They do not respond to email at all. I had to ago through Paypal to get my money back. Nobody pays over £41 for screws! They only issued a full refund once I issued a claim, Paypal found in my favour and issued the refund for them. The company did not respond to emails.

Item arrived with 2 right hand ends. I tried messaging through eBay, calling their store, emailing them, with no response. Ridiculous behaviour for what is probably a 50p part. I manage several successful e-commerce stores and always remind the client to focus on great customer service, as today they might only want a £20 door draught excluder, tomorrow they might want a £2,000 pergola. Well guess what, I'm in the market for a £2K pergola, but guess who I won't be trusting with my purchase?
