Ordered 8 posts for a veranda. 2.4m 94mmx94mm. Paid premium price of £45.99 each on the spec of the advertisement.On arrival, 3 of the posts badly split, on one of the posts the split is clean through the post. The other 5 posts are ok.Contacted the company. Very unhelpful..series of emails with Samantha pointing out that splits are a naturally occurring process. Of course, but not deep splits right through the posts! No one seeing the posts would have purchased them. Quality control non existent and customer service sarcastic, giving us links to videos describing splits in wood! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Our local suppliers far superior and definitely better customer service.
