Disappointing airline experience. The way passengers are treated is shocking. Instead of increasing flights, focus on training your staff. At the airport, ground staff failed to issue a boarding pass to a minor, asking him to collect it in Bangkok. The staff there were also unhelpful, taking an hour to resolve the issue. Cabin bags were weighed but no tags were issued, forcing passengers to check them in. None of the bags reached the destination. Ground staff stopped responding to calls, and many passengers faced similar issues. This is unacceptable.
