Our recent business class journey was very disappointing. We traveled as a family of four, including two children. At every airport, the ground staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, lacking basic courtesy. Our return flight was delayed by three hours without any acknowledgment from the crew. The inflight service was uninspired and did not meet business class standards. Overall, this experience was poor and not reflective of a premium airline. We have lost confidence in this service and will not be flying again.
