We traveled with this airline and faced issues with baggage. We believed we had a checked bag included, as stated on their website, but were told at the airport that we had promotional tickets with no baggage included. We were forced to pay a high fee for our bags, feeling trapped as our flight was imminent. This seems to be a common issue, and I recommend staying away from this airline.
