Thai Airways closed the check-in counter in front of us even though we arrived on time. We were then sent back and forth between the service desk and check-in with conflicting information and language barriers. No assistance was offered, and we eventually had no choice but to buy new tickets at double the price.This was not our fault, and we received no solution or compensation.
