Group of 5 of us travelled from LHR to BKK and then onto CNX. After reading the reviews on here was considering cancelling the booking and moving to another airline. Happy to say we were all pleasantly suprised by the flight. Flew in a modern clean 777 and no issues at all. Food was good on all legs of the flight. Check in process was smooth but was a wait at BKK due to volume of passengers. All in all we were all happy with the flights and service on board. I would certainly use again.
