The website is filled with issues, and they deliberately restrict access to certain services to charge more. To unlock basic features, you end up spending hours on the phone with a frustrating customer support team. The website crashes frequently, and when you attempt to reach out through official channels, most are non-functional. You often receive random responses or your requests are ignored, even when they stem from their own technical faults.
