I am still shocked by how poor this service is. I booked a boat party on the river with friends and family, but the boarding process was chaotic, with no one in charge directing us to our boat. People were cutting in line, and to top it off, the boat left without half the guests. It was impossible to reach any form of customer service. I recommend finding another boat hire option for your event.
