The vessel itself was stunning, beautifully decorated, and ideal for a festive gathering on the water. The DJ was fantastic, maintaining a lively atmosphere throughout the evening and getting everyone on the dance floor. The food was superb, abundant, well-presented, and thoroughly enjoyed by all. What truly enhanced the experience was the staff. Each member was a joy to interact with: friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely eager to assist, which made the entire event feel smooth and enjoyable. Cruising past many of the city's iconic landmarks, beautifully illuminated at night, was the icing on the cake and created a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend this service for a Christmas party (or any celebration!) — we couldn’t have wished for more.

Our experience began wonderfully with the service. The representative was fantastic in accommodating our needs for the boat party on the water. I am still shocked by how poor this service is. I booked a boat party on the river with friends and family, but the boarding process was chaotic, with no one in charge directing us to our boat. People were cutting in line, and to top it off, the boat left without half the guests. It was impossible to reach any form of customer service. I recommend finding another boat hire option for your event.
🚫 I had a very disappointing experience with this service while planning my wife’s birthday. I started organizing in January and paid a deposit for a specific boat for late May. Shortly after, I was informed that another party had also booked the same boat, and we were moved to another option. I agreed and signed the contract in good faith. After weeks of organizing other aspects, I was informed just weeks before the party that the new boat was 'under maintenance.' There was no backup plan, just a cancellation. It took over a week and multiple follow-ups to get my deposit back. They referred me to other companies, but they were all charging high rates, knowing I was in a tough spot. I had to cancel all my plans. The contract I signed gave them the right to cancel without any protection for me. I wanted to warn others to be cautious before booking with this service. What should have been a joyful experience turned into a very stressful one.
Most staff members on the boat, except for the bar staff, were not very friendly and began eating the food we had paid for in front of us. When we inquired about the chicken being halal, they had no idea and didn't bother to check. They should know about the food served to guests before the party. The dance floor was sticky as soon as we arrived.
