I bought a steamer eight weeks ago and have only used it five times. When I contacted the support team about a leak, they suggested a tank replacement. I wanted a refund instead, as I lack confidence in a product that fails so soon. Their responses have been inadequate, continually suggesting tank replacements. What if the new tank leaks too? They've denied my refund request due to the 30-day policy, but I haven't used it that long. Shouldn’t there be a warranty? I'm very unhappy.
