Frustrated with product and support

I bought a steamer eight weeks ago and have only used it five times. When I contacted the support team about a leak, they suggested a tank replacement. I wanted a refund instead, as I lack confidence in a product that fails so soon. Their responses have been inadequate, continually suggesting tank replacements. What if the new tank leaks too? They've denied my refund request due to the 30-day policy, but I haven't used it that long. Shouldn’t there be a warranty? I'm very unhappy.

Don't waste your money

Used the product once and it failed. Now I have to wait days for a response, if I even get one! It just makes noise when turned on, heats up but doesn't produce steam. Tried cleaning it after just one use? It's also heavier than advertised. Awaiting a response about the purchase details since it was bought by a deceased relative.

I'm skeptical of the positive reviews. There seems to be no way to contact anyone about my issues. If I had bought this product from a different retailer, I could have returned it. Defective water tank

I've had my steamer for about two months, and the water tank has cracked and is leaking. This seems to be a common issue based on other reviews, and replacing it is costly. The fault is around the fill hole. At this rate, I could have bought a new mop with the money spent on tanks. I recommend considering other options before purchasing this one.
