I was told in October I would receive my items by November 27, I assumed you meant 2025. If you want to blame the supplier, ok, but proactively inform of your excuse, don’t wait for me to reach out and then only respond when you are publicly outed. I also find it fascinating that your excuse is the busy holiday season, yet when publicly humiliated, you responded immediately. When will you ship my order? The last communication I have gotten from you was 11/7/2025. I have checked every email address that I have including spam and have no new emails from you. Please resend if your question is do I still want the order, the answer is yes.
