Review Time
Very poor customer service. I have ordered a few items from them in December as a Christmas present and still haven't received them. I have tried to contact the company and they didn't respond. I also tried to get a refund but wasn't successful. Never buying anything from them again.
I ordered 2 matching pillows for the 2 chairs in my living room and when I received an email that my order would be shipped out I was notified on that same email that 1 of the 2 pillows I ordered was refunded. I was never given a reason why or the option to pick a different fabric if the one I chose was no longer available or cancel my whole order completely as I have no use for just 1 pillow, I need the matching set. I emailed a few different company email addresses and have not heard back. I received the 1 pillow 10 minutes ago and I really like it but I need a matching set and also don’t want to wait another month for them to send me an another one. Also I looked on the website and it looks like the fabric I ordered is still available to order so again I’m not sure why the full order was not processed from the start.
I ordered 1 rug by the web 2 months ago - they said delivery time was approx 2 week. After numerous emails i had a reply early last week saying "We understand your frustration, and we share it.
We have not been able to get a clear answer from the manufacturer on the cause of the delay. The rug should already have been dispatched to our warehouse.
Please know we are actively pushing for an update and doing everything we can to have your order shipped as soon as possible. Our current expectation is to dispatch it next week, as soon as it arrives and is received at our warehouse.
We will keep you updated as soon as we hear back from the manufacturer, and we appreciate your patience in the meantime.

They created a problem for me with my client because now I'll have to look for something similar, but my luck was that the purchase was made through PayPal, and I filed a complaint, and today they refunded the money. If you read the various comments, you'll realize that this company doesn't work.

My interest stemmed from knowing if you would deliver two items I was considering buying. But the funny thing is, you haven't responded yet.
Terrible experience. Lack of communication and significant shipping delays, consider alternatives. I reached out on Tuesday, and it's been four days with no response. I initiated a chat, but no one replied. I was informed in October that my items would arrive by late November, but it seems that timeline was overly optimistic. If there are supplier issues, that's understandable, but you should keep customers informed instead of waiting for them to inquire. It's interesting that you cite the busy holiday season as a reason for delays, yet you responded quickly when my frustration was made public. When can I expect my order to ship? The last update I received was over two years ago. I've checked all my email folders, including spam, and have seen no new messages from you. If your only question is whether I still want the order, the answer is yes.
horrible company. zero communication, big miss on shipping, try anyone else. Really? I contacted you on Tuesday 12/9, that is four days, and counting. I opened a chat, no response. I was told in October I would receive my items by November 27, I assumed you meant 2025. If you want to blame the supplier, ok, but proactively inform of your excuse, don’t wait for me to reach out and then only respond when you are publicly outed. I also find it fascinating that your excuse is the busy holiday season, yet when publicly humiliated, you responded immediately. When will you ship my order? The last communication I have gotten from you was 11/7/2025. I have checked every email address that I have including spam and have no new emails from you. Please resend if your question is do I still want the order, the answer is yes.
Miserable experience! After waiting for the product we ordered for three (!) months, with no follow-up from Customer Service other than when I've been reaching out, I got an automated message saying my order is cancelled. The bar this company sets for response time on customer requests is 5 (!) days which is also below all expectations. One of my worst online shopping experiences!
I strongly advise against ordering from this company. We placed an order for two beds and two mattresses in August, and as of mid-November, we still haven’t received anything. At first, we kept being told that the delivery was delayed, but now we no longer receive any response at all. We will be requesting a refund. Very disappointing experience — never again!
If I could give 0 stars I would.Ordered a set of cutlery from this website 3 months ago. Didn’t ship on the shipping date. Had to keep chasing and chasing.Eventually got told after 2 months it will ship the following Monday with 24 hour delivery.Guess what - it never shipped.Sent another email requesting an update or refund.Received a one liner saying my order has been cancelled. No other information regarding refund etc. bear in mind this was a 300 euro set of cutlery.Really disappointed with this store. Would never shop again.
