I ordered 1 rug by the web 2 months ago - they said delivery time was approx 2 week. After numerous emails i had a reply early last week saying "We understand your frustration, and we share it.
We have not been able to get a clear answer from the manufacturer on the cause of the delay. The rug should already have been dispatched to our warehouse.
Please know we are actively pushing for an update and doing everything we can to have your order shipped as soon as possible. Our current expectation is to dispatch it next week, as soon as it arrives and is received at our warehouse.

They created a problem for me with my client because now I'll have to look for something similar, but my luck was that the purchase was made through PayPal, and I filed a complaint, and today they refunded the money. If you read the various comments, you'll realize that this company doesn't work.
