They went above and beyond to make my experience great. The color that I ordered was a lot different than what I expected, and they resent a more appropriate color match (my hair is grey -not white and not iron metal grey) with some light brown from my normal color, The 2nd color pick was much better, although I wish they did offer something between white and dark grey.
