This company is amazing. I ordered the wrong color (totaly my fault) not only did they respond to my email right away they color matched the hair for me and sent me out a new order that matched my hair PERFECTLY! The customer service is as great as their product!
This hair is by far the best Synthetic hair ever! Its thick and the color is beautiful! The only thing I couldn't get the hang of was the hair wire (like every other time I bought halo wired hair) I just cut the wire and use the clips. Works great, blends great, amazing customer service. I highly recommend Thathair. This is a real review 😁
If only I could give less than 1 star. Where do I start.
1. The hair quality is that of a halloween wig. It tangles and becomes matted just simply existing with it in your hair. Within an hour of leaving my house it looked terrible. The adjustable band also is cheap and hard to tighten and have it stay secure. The band the hair is sewn to is so rigid and bumps up even using the clips and additional bobby pins. It makes it very visible for fine or thin hair.
2. Customer service is a joke. They never responded to my initial complaint. They delete comments off of their social media unless they are comments of praise. Very shady.
3. Their 30 day return policy is a straight up lie. They do not take back anything open. Well... why tf would I be returning it if I didnt try it and how would I know its defective without opening.
4. You cant convince me that the positive comments are not mostly bots. Its really bad quality with bad service.
I ordered the hair piece that I thought would work on my hair color and when it came, it was the wrong -it didn’t match my hair color. I asked/emailed them-asked if now return the two hair pieces I received?. I got a buy one get one free during the holidays. I was told if I already opened the package, then I couldn’t return it and that made me upset. I only opened one to try it on for a moment and never used it. They then responded to my email - they were extremely helpful and patient with me and gave me a one time Chance to try another color hair without any cost. I was elated at this and received my two new hair pieces which match my hair perfectly and I couldn’t be happier. Most companies would have fought back with me or not been as understanding and willing to help! Im such a huge fan! Can’t wait to get more hair pieces in the future. I asked if I could return the hair pieces I never used to them and especially the one I never opened, but they said I could just keep it or give it to a friend.❤️ the hair is beautiful and it’s amazing all the different colors and links they have. It looks just like my natural hair.!! No better company in my opinion
They went above and beyond to make my experience great. The color that I ordered was a lot different than what I expected, and they resent a more appropriate color match (my hair is grey -not white and not iron metal grey) with some light brown from my normal color, The 2nd color pick was much better, although I wish they did offer something between white and dark grey. Thank you, love the quality!
I’ve been looking for something that would make my hair look thicker that I could also put into a ponytail. I bought expensive wigs only to find they were soooo uncomfortable to wear and kept creeping back off my forehead, I bought buns and hair pieces that never looked real and could never find the right colour match. I’d been looking at That Hair for a while and thought what the heck, I’ll give it a try, so I took the colour match and not only does the colour match my hair perfectly, it sits really nice, looks real and feels very secure. I’m pleasantly surprised and happy that I took the plunge 🤗…..oh, and I can wear it in a ponytail.
The hair quality exceeded my expectations. The curly one does not style out well so far, but I have only tried once. The shipping was also longer than 2 weeks, but I would say worth the wait! It is fun and I love that it's temporary and easy to install.
I finally got the extensions, it took awhile because they were the wrong color and communication wasn't great. They came in the right color but I have issues styling them.
I absolutely love the 2 hair pieces and they matched my hair perfectly! They are easy to put on and you would never know I'm wearing them! The color match is spot on, and the texture is surprisingly lovely!
I was so nervous about whether I wasted my money, and that concern flew out the window once I put one on!!

100% Trustworthy! A rare gem in today's world. I ordered the extensions and the color was great but the length was much more than I wanted. MY mistake not theirs. They sent me a new set with a better length and told me to just keep the originals and give them away. Replaced at no cost to me. Who does that? If you're on the fence about this company don't be, it will be the best experience of your life!
I had a really bad experience trying to get in touch regarding an incorrect hair color and an exchange, but received no response. The quality is poor, and it can't be styled or adjusted. The band is overly long and stretches uncomfortably when worn. I will definitely not be purchasing from them again!
