I ordered the wrong extension color and was going to send it back to them. I emailed them and got an email back immediately that said to keep the hair extension gift it to someone and they would send me another color. I did gift it to someone that could use that color.
Their customer service was beyond amazing. I did get my new one pretty fast, but haven't had a chance to try it on yet! I highly recommend them!!!
