The estimate is way too low. And it doesn't even identify the upgrades that were made prior to us purchasing the home 6 yrs ago. All that spinning, how does it not cross check Redfin or Zillow. It would show when it was on the market and listed as 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as opposed to 2 beds 1 bath listed in this report. I want my $1 back.
