Review Time
I used their service for a quick estimate of my property's value. It was fast, easy, and only cost a dollar. However, I was required to write a review before I could download the report I paid for. While it was just a dollar, this requirement raises some concerns about their credibility.
The estimate is way too low. And it doesn't even identify the upgrades that were made prior to us purchasing the home 6 yrs ago. All that spinning, how does it not cross check Redfin or Zillow. It would show when it was on the market and listed as 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as opposed to 2 beds 1 bath listed in this report. I want my $1 back.
