I purchased a certified diamond earrings on the 10th December as a birthday present and received them two days later but without certificates for the diamonds. I stressed out the customer service that I need the documents before going away and I was promised to get them before our departure.However, since the purchase, I have already called 5 times in regards to this issue but still no official documentation for the diamonds (just a non-meaningful print out). All the calls ended with "we will give you a call back shortly" but failed to deliver the promise (with one exception).The earrings look really nice but it seems like buying a car without a logbook or a service history.I am still waiting for some actions for the TH Baker.
