My partner purchased a watch online, and it arrived the next day, but the watch box was open, and it was in the wrong packaging. This model was supposed to include a charging wire, which was also missing. We returned the watch to our local branch, but they couldn't issue a refund; instead, they offered to send it back for us, though we'd have to pay for insurance. They mentioned contacting customer service to resolve the issue with the box. After a week of silence, we returned to the store, where an assistant managed to reach out to the branch that sent the watch. They claimed to have located it and said it would be sent to our local store, but I'm not optimistic that it's the correct one. To make matters worse, customer service emailed my partner asking about our satisfaction with the watch. Clearly, there's a need for better training for store staff to ensure accurate orders.
