I placed an order for a specific strain and 13 days later, received the wrong item. I reached out via email since there was no phone contact available, but have yet to hear back. If I don't get a response within 24 hours, I will initiate a chargeback. This was my ninth order and will likely be my last. Be cautious! UPDATE: I was eventually contacted, but they initially offered a store credit that didn't cover the full amount. After some negotiation, I received the correct credit. I will place another order and see how it goes.
