They either provide extra on my next purchase or refund me. There's a stated packaging time, and yes, they don't process orders over the weekend. Some customers need to be more patient. Those claiming the products are subpar should realize they are high quality. You pay for what you get, and if your tolerance is too high, consider switching products. This vendor and others like them are reliable.
The shipping was quick. Unfortunately, my package was stolen by neighbors. However, the service contacted me promptly about how to reach the package insurance and made it right. I'm unsure why there is so much negativity towards them.

If I don't get a response within 24 hours, I will initiate a chargeback. This was my ninth order and will likely be my last. Be cautious! UPDATE: I was eventually contacted, but they initially offered a store credit that didn't cover the full amount. After some negotiation, I received the correct credit. I will place another order and see how it goes.
