I’ve ordered from this company 4 times now, I’ve never had a issue til recently, I placed a order Aug 26th , a shipping label was created Aug 28th, and here it is sept 24th, and tracking still just says label created , I’ve emailed thcA king so many times and I’ve yet to get any response , I will never order from them again and it look like I can’t even get my money they stole back ! ……..UPDATE: they got back to me today , 9/26, they refunded me and explained they moved locations and some orders got messed up do to a system error
