Withheld refund. Nothing but incompetence since moving accounts to a new property. Billing is erratic, paid every month in my new address however they suddenly declared i owed an additional month on top, refused to refund me my credit from the first contract then cleared the fictitious outstanding balance on my new account with it despite me telling them not too. Awful will be reporting to fca, gone very much downhill since my review last year.
Alun was superb during my conversation with him yesterday. He exhibited great level of professionalism even while accepting lack of communication on the part of Bunch. He knows how to make you swallow bitter pills without you feeling the taste.

Safaa made my day by reviewing my account and setting up a new contract for me. She also raised an issue I was having and kindly gave me energy saving tips. All my worries are gone, thanks to her.
Worse company. Clearly a scam.
I send a cancellation and tried to transfer my electricity service to another company but bunch pushed by that transfer and ignored my cancellation.
Then, you write e-mails, call them and they say they will correct it but do nothing and continue to send bills.
This is totally unprofessional and seems they are scamming.
If you want to get screwed, bunch is the place
Jordan was really great, I hope he gets commission for this. He had 5 stars from me , the reason why I only gave 4 it’s because bunch doesn’t necessarily find the cheapest deals for customers. Quick and convenient and helpful yes but not the cheapest rates. I signed up with then for energy and they sold me New Energy which is pretty expensive compared to Octopus for instance. But the internet and sky deal I got from then is good.
I spoke to Meg Moss who was absolutely brilliant. Provided accurate information and was extremely patient with my questions. Thank you Meg for your kindness! I appreciate her helping me understand what the company does and how it can help manage our bills for the new property.
Absolutely awful. Do not use.
I attempted to set up and account, which they wrongly connected to my previous address. They then billed me 130 pounds for electricity, gas, etc. Although I have proven that I was not living at the address during the billing period, I am still trying to recover the money.
Avoid at all costs.

We moved in to our 2 bedroom apartment and Bunch offered a flat rate for 12 months. 3 months in the contract prices inflated to £279 then increased again to £316 thats after 2 months. And all these price increase are based on estimates. Join Bunch at your own risk they will suck your wallet dry. Oh and they still want to increase again in March
