They are okay... customer service could be better, if you have a concern or question expect customer service to take 10 years to get back to you with a proper answer, always told they are working on it, even when it as something a simple as getting in home display unit fitted, hmmm been about 5 weeks now with little updates as I have to keep calling, and silly opening hours, if you work and want to call up their helpline - the open times aren't the most suitable. the only time it is quick is if it's to set up an account obviously
