Can you please stop sending me generic messages and actually handle the situation. This is the most negligent company I have ever come across. I have sent in my request for cancellation twice and my contract is still on I have contacted the company I wish to switch over and over and havent been able to switch due to the inconveniences of this company. When I call nobody answers as it seems my number has been flagged yet my issue is still very much unresolved since February 18th. I keep lamenting on the fact that I cant afford this yet these people are stretching out the cancellation process so they can continue billing me.
