Bitterly disappointed - one wrong item sent and the other has big flaw

Unfortunately, I have had a very unhappy experience with The rugs. I ordered a runner and matching larger oblong rug, both in beige. The rugs were delivered in a very timely manner, which I was impressed with. However, when I opened the outer plastic bag I immediately noticed the runner was grey and not beige. I then opened the larger beige rug to find there is a big white squiggly flaw virtually in the middle and very noticeable. I contacted The rugs via their messaging service, I only hope their customer service is good, otherwise I be contacting PayPal for a full refund. All in all a very disappointing experience so far.
