Very quick delivery. The rug I ordered didn't go with my decor like I thought it would. No fault of the rug. Return was easy and customer service was excellent when I said I wanted to return. I'll definitely use them again when I choose the right rug! Prices were great too.
Unfortunately, I have had a very unhappy experience with The rugs. I ordered a runner and matching larger oblong rug, both in beige. The rugs were delivered in a very timely manner, which I was impressed with. However, when I opened the outer plastic bag I immediately noticed the runner was grey and not beige. I then opened the larger beige rug to find there is a big white squiggly flaw virtually in the middle and very noticeable. I contacted The rugs via their messaging service, I only hope their customer service is good, otherwise I be contacting PayPal for a full refund. All in all a very disappointing experience so far.
The rug I ordered was delivered very quickly and I was able to track it throughout. A question I put to the customer service team was answered once again very quickly, and the rug itself was just like the picture. Would highly recommend this company. A easy,seamless,and enjoyable experience.
