I ordered a the large rug and was delivered within 48 hours! It was a little too big for the space I wanted it for so decided to order the next size down and the returns process was so simple and straight forward considering it was such a large item! The guy who delivered my new rug collected my old one too and I received my refund within 4 days of returning. I was so pleased with the overall service and the actual item itself is fantastic quality. Would definitely order from here again.
